Melissa Mulley

About Melissa

Hello, I’m Melissa Mulley and would be happy to represent you as your attorney. I primarily handle criminal matters, including assault and DUI cases through the Palmer Court System in the Mat-Su Valley area. I also work with respondents in guardianship cases.

I’m originally from Canada and did my undergraduate studies at Dalhousie University in Halifax. In my first career I worked my way across northern Canada in remote indigenous communities.  It prepared me for northern life, which I love. I always dreamt someday I would make my way to Alaska, and I’m so glad I now get to call Wasilla my home after moving here from Texas, where I did my law studies. 

I graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio and am licensed in Texas as well. While there, I had the opportunity to help in the migrant crisis through volunteer work in the court system as well as volunteering with immigration, clinic and housing initiatives in the Corpus Christi and San Antonio area.  I aim to pour that same passion I had for helping people into helping my clients in Alaska get the absolute best outcomes in their case.
