I am Hank Graper. For twenty-five years I have been dedicated to helping those who need help the most to navigate a judicial system that is too often stacked against them. Since moving to Alaska in 1998 I have maintained a practice focused exclusively on criminal defense with extensive trial experience in both Federal and State courts. Prior to moving to Alaska, I worked as a personal injury attorney in Chicago with an emphasis on complex medical malpractice and product liability litigation. While I was a student in Chicago I helped found the John Marshall Fair Housing Legal Clinic, which advocates for anyone who has experienced discrimination in their housing choices. My entire career has been focused on aggressively representing the ‘little guy’.
